Dean is a freelance designer and a single dad to his little boy, who shares his passion for sport. Movement has always been a huge part of Dean’s life. From a young age, he has competed in everything from basketball and running to the hybrid fitness space he now thrives in. He competes in races regularly and is driven by the challenge of becoming a better version of himself.

That mindset is shaping a big goal for this year: qualifying for the DEKA World Championships in America. Dean is aiming to qualify across all three race formats: DEKA Strong, DEKA Mile and DEKA Fit. It is an ambitious target, but one that reflects the discipline, competitiveness and self-belief that run through everything he does.
Sustainability is also an important part of Dean’s everyday life. For him, being fit, strong and healthy goes hand in hand with making better choices in what he wears. He values clothing that lasts, dislikes waste and appreciates products that support a more thoughtful, long-term approach.

That is one of the reasons ReActive resonated with him so strongly. He saw a brand that not only looked good, but also reflected the values he cares about: authenticity, quality and real people being seen.
