Strength, Discipline and the Courage to Take Up Space

At ReActive, our ambassadors are more than athletes. They are women with powerful stories, strong values and a real desire to inspire others. That is exactly why we are so proud to introduce Natasha, one of our Athlete brand ambassadors from Sandbach.

At 34, Natasha has built an incredible path through discipline, resilience and self-belief. She is a dedicated karate instructor, the founder of her own karate school and association, and a 4th Dan Black Belt. She has achieved international success, currently ranked 3rd in the world and 2nd in Europe, and has earned recognition as a world champion in karate.
But Natasha’s story is about far more than titles.

Her journey to the world stage came from a deep desire to prove to herself what she was capable of. She did not see herself as the most naturally talented from the start. Instead, she built everything through consistency, discipline and resilience. For Natasha, every step outside her comfort zone became a chance to grow not only as an athlete, but as a person.

Karate also became something much deeper in her life. Growing up around alcoholism and experiencing and witnessing domestic violence shaped her early years in difficult ways. Rather than letting that define her future, she channelled those experiences into drive and determination. Karate gave her structure, discipline, control and self-worth when she needed it most. It became more than a sport. It became a way of building herself into the person she wanted to be.

That same purpose led Natasha to create her own karate school and association. She wanted to build an environment she did not always see growing up: one where girls and women feel safe, supported and empowered to take up space. A place where being feminine and being powerful go hand in hand.

Now, Natasha is challenging herself in a new way by starting university at 34 to train as a nurse. For her, that decision is another expression of growth, proving that it is never too late to evolve, change direction and step into a new purpose. Her story is a reminder that strength is not only physical. It is emotional, intellectual and found in the courage to begin again.

Her approach to sustainability reflects that same intentional mindset. As a karate instructor and regular gym-goer, Natasha focuses on making balanced, healthy choices that support both performance and wellbeing. For her, sustainability is about consistency, discipline and making small choices that align with her values as both an athlete and a role model.
